If you’re heading to the range don’t forget your Gate Card. The gate and card readers are finally operational and seem to be working great.
When you arrive, stop at the large Orange Bollards and you’ll see the card reader mounted between the posts.
Place your card on the card reader as shown, keeping your card centered in the middle of the reader. Hold it there as close as you can, you’ll hear a “Beep” and see a Blue Halo around the camera lens near the top. The Key Pad is not programmed to accept your card number, your only access is by your Gate Card.
Once you hear the “beep”, the gate needs a second or two to release the magnetic lock, then the gate will swing open. Drive through and the gate will close behind you.
To Exit, drive around the small conex at the front gate. There is another card reader there, follow the same procedure to exit. Once the gate opens the gate will hold open for about 15 seconds after it reaches the full open position.
